Get yourself to the Antalya Stadium parking lot in the city center.  Then with that parking lot at your back and Burger King (across the street and slightly left) at your front, walk to the left about 75 meters and enter the Old City by way of the road called Yeni Kapi Sokak.  You will enter this road just where the main road bends sharply to the right.  Walk straight down Yeni Kapi Sokak (do not veer to the right) another 75 meters or so, and you will find the St. Paul Cultural Center on your right side.
